  • HR Cross-Checker (HRIS ↔ Staffing Roster Reconciliation Tool) – A multi-layer data reconciliation engine that compares HRIS and school roster data to instantly identify staffing discrepancies, reduce errors, and improve workforce accuracy across 20+ schools.
  • Electronic Exit Form (Resignation Automation Engine) – A fully automated resignation workflow that captures employee separations, generates resignation letters, updates trackers, and notifies required stakeholders in real time.
  • HR Operations Portal (Intranet for HR) – A centralized HR operations hub that houses SOPs, dashboards, forms, vacancy information, and key resources for HR staff and leaders.
  • Automated Resignation Letter Generator – A smart document generation tool that creates customized resignation letters based on employee data and selected resignation type, drastically reducing manual HR admin work.
