I’m a bilingual tech-forward Human Resources strategist with a passion for making organizations work smarter through data, automation, and human-centered systems.
Currently serving as an HR Business Partner for over 25+ schools and departments in one of the nation’s largest public school districts, I specialize in closing the gap between people, process, and technology. My work extends far beyond traditional HR, I engineer systems, architect automations, and turn workforce data into high-impact strategies that drive results.
Whether streamlining onboarding through custom-built workflows, reducing turnover with predictive insights, or equipping leaders with the clarity they need to make better decisions—my focus is simple: create smart systems that elevate people and performance.

What I Do
