The Unexpected Path into Human Resources
My journey into Human Resources was not one I initially planned, but looking back, it feels like every step led me to this field. With a background in Organizational Leadership, Technology, and Communication, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of people, strategy, and innovation.
Working in HR provided me with the opportunity to shape workplace cultures, build strong teams, and solve complex people-related challenges. As an HR Business Partner, I’ve seen firsthand how businesses and leadership teams can struggle to balance operational efficiency with employee experience. I became fascinated with HR analytics, process automation, and digital transformation, realizing that technology could bridge many of the gaps I saw daily.
While I loved my work in HR, I knew I wanted to do more than just work within a system—I wanted to improve it. I wanted to bring real change to small and medium-sized businesses, helping them streamline operations, leverage data for smarter decisions, and create workplaces that thrive in the digital age.
The Birth of FocusUp Digital
That desire led to the creation of FocusUp Digital. What started as a simple idea—to help small businesses utilize data, integrate AI, and explore workflow automation—evolved into a mission-driven business dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and business owners embrace technology, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.

My goal is to make technology solutions accessible and as easy as possible.
